Project Work
Got an idea for a web app. Let us help you take it from concept to reality. Here's what we'll do:
- Phased Development - We'll start out by working with you in a pre-development project management phase, where we'll work together to fully define your specs and deliver a complete budget for the project at the end of phase one. Phase two is when development begins, and we'll have different people on the project at different points. Phase three will move into support and maintenance after we launch the project with you.
- Agile Development / Rapid Prototyping - We develop projects using the agile software development methodology meaning the development cyclse are broken down into sprints allowing for rapid prototype development and shared vision early on, even if the project is quite large.
- Business Model - We'll work with you to understand your business model and budget, and apply our experience to determine the most cost effective solution. If there are build versus buy decisions, we'll help you make them.
- Core Features First - The development cycle is geared around getting the core features developed first. This enables you to begin beta testing early and then make feature decisions based on feedback you recieve from your early users.
