• Monitoring 24/7/365 - We'll setup an automated monitoring system that will notify us (and you) if your application goes down for any reason. A SMS text message is sent to your Flatsourcing sys admin who will work to diagnose the issue and work with you to get it back up ASAP.
• Version Control System - If you don't have a version control system in place, we can get one set up for you. We work with Subversion or Git and will install and train you on the system to ensure proper versioning deployment of code.
• User Support - If desired, we can provide a support manager to respond to support tickets for your users.
• Ongoing Development - When you want to make modifications to your application, we're on call. We can include monthly maintenance hours or bill you at an hourly rate for any work you need.
